The Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management programme consists of 6 mandatory modules and 1 Dissertation in the field of Business Administration in Human Resource Management.

Stage 1: Mandatory modules

 

Stage 2: Transition Phase to the Final Stage with Partner Universities

  • Dual MBA in Human Resource Management with West Business School, Malta
  • Dual MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management with the European Global Institute of Innovation & Technology (EU Global)

In Stage 2, learners select one progression pathway and continue their studies under the coordination and delivery of the program by SIMI Swiss or Partner University. This global learning experience enhances international exposure and strengthens cross-border connections with faculty members, industry experts, and fellow learners from diverse regions.

Upon graduation, students will receive:

  • Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management from OTHM (UK government-recognized, equivalent to a Master’s degree in the UK ENIC/NARIC Band 12).
  • MBA in Human Resource Management/MBA in Strategic HRM from awarded by one of the partner universities. Details are available in the “Transition Options” section below.
  • A Bachelor’s qualification in Majors from accredited universities; or a Level 6 EQF diploma or an equivalent qualification from organizations that are authorized to issue qualifications and have been accredited.
  • English proficiency must be at least CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) level B2 or IELTS 5.5

Learners participate in Live Class with SIMI lecturers under the SIMI Direct™ model, and upon graduation are awarded qualifications by the the UK’s Ofqual (UK.Gov) Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and partner universities through a cross-recognition mechanism. Within the SwissEdu⁺ system, learners study SIMI’s original Swiss-designed programmes; however, SIMI does not award degrees and instead delegates this authority to its partner universities.

The SIMI Direct™ model is a direct learning model in which learners study directly with SIMI, without any partnerships, franchising, or intermediaries. This ensures full access to the original programme content, without modification, while eliminating third-party risks and issues related to unauthorised local training.
