- Learn the competencies employers value: Beyond theory, students develop comprehensive KSBs (Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours) based on UK professional standards.
- Easily demonstrate competence in the workplace: Each learning outcome (L.O.) is aligned with professional criteria, enabling employers to assess and trust a candidate’s capability from the very first interview.
- Gain early opportunities for management positions: The competencies are standardised to bachelor’s-level management standards, aligning with roles in business management, enterprise operations, marketing, and operational management within both domestic and international business environments.
- Competitive global earnings: The Chartered Manager competency standard has an average salary of £72,623 per year in the United Kingdom.
- Internationally recognised professional profile: The competency framework is adopted by multinational corporations, facilitating cross-border career mobility.
- Reduced risk of unemployment or career mismatch: Learners can enter the workforce immediately through an early national qualification pathway.
